How We Collect SMS Consent

This page documents how Crixin by The La Ziza Group collects explicit consent for SMS messaging in compliance with TCPA and CTIA guidelines. We use a clear, transparent opt-in process that ensures users understand what they're agreeing to.

Opt-In Flow

Step 1: Account Creation

During account setup, users are asked to provide their phone number for account verification and service notifications.

Step 2: Explicit Consent

Before completing setup, users must explicitly agree to receive SMS messages by checking a consent checkbox and reviewing the terms.

Step 3: Confirmation

After opting in, users receive a confirmation SMS with instructions on how to opt out (STOP) or get help (HELP).
