This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Crixin's AI phone assistant service. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy.

You may not use Crixin's service for any of the following purposes:

2.1 Illegal Activities

• Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Sale of illegal goods or services

2.2 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

• Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Robocalls or automated calling without proper consent
• SMS spam or messages to users who have not opted in
• Violating TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or similar regulations

2.3 Harmful Content

• Harassment, threats, or abusive language
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Adult content or sexually explicit material
• Violence or graphic content
• Misinformation or deliberately false information

2.4 System Abuse

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with or disrupting our service
• Reverse engineering or decompiling our software
• Excessive use that impacts service quality for others
• Circumventing usage limits or security measures

2.5 Intellectual Property Violations

• Copyright infringement
• Trademark violations
• Unauthorized use of proprietary information

3. Compliance Requirements

When using Crixin for calls and SMS, you must:

• Obtain proper consent before contacting individuals
• Maintain opt-out mechanisms (STOP for SMS, do-not-call lists)
• Comply with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier-specific requirements
• Provide accurate caller ID information
• Honor opt-out requests immediately
• Maintain records of consent and opt-outs

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

Crixin reserves the right to:

• Monitor usage for compliance with this AUP
• Investigate suspected violations
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
• Report illegal activities to law enforcement
• Cooperate with legal investigations

5. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning and requirement to cease prohibited activity
• Temporary suspension of service
• Permanent termination of account without refund
• Legal action and liability for damages
• Reporting to relevant authorities

If you become aware of any violations of this AUP, please report them to abuse@crixin.com

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
